Returns Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placement if it has not been packed or fulfilled. To cancel, contact support immediately, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Holiday return extension

During the holiday season (November–December), we offer an extended return period of 45 days.

Exchanges

  • Return process: We'll provide a return label, and the cost of this label will be deducted from your exchange.
  • Price differences: If the exchanged item costs less than the original, we'll refund the difference.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for refunds or exchanges.

Condition: Items must be in resellable condition—unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

Wrong or damaged products

If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact support and include a photo of the item and the damage.

Incorrect address

If an order doesn't arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot issue a refund.

Product condition requirements

For returns to be accepted by Craftif, please ensure:

  • The item is in perfect condition and unused.
  • The item and all packaging are undamaged, including the original box and any included items (stickers, pouches, cleaning cloths, etc.).

Packaging requirements

Use protective wrapping (e.g., an envelope or plastic bag) to cover the item's box. Do not place return labels directly on product boxes, as this could make them unusable and result in a rejected return.

Packaging fees for missing items

If returned items are missing original packaging or items, the following fees will apply:

  • Box: €5
  • Other items (stickers, pouch, cleaning cloth): €3 each

Promotions and partial returns

For orders including promotions like "2-for-1" or "3-for-2," all promotional items must be returned for a full refund. Partial returns on promotional orders are not accepted.

Unclaimed rejected returns

If a return is rejected, the customer has 3 months to pick up the package from our warehouse, covering shipping costs. After 3 months, unclaimed items will be donated to charity.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, personal care products or customized items (such as personalized clothing) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return/exchange processing times

Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving your returned item. Exchanges typically take up to 14 days, depending on restocking and shipping times.

International returns and exchanges

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that processing times may vary for international returns.

Return shipping for defective or wrong items

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact support with a photo of the issue, and we'll provide a prepaid return label.

Store credit option

If you prefer, we offer store credit instead of a refund for returns. Please let us know if you'd like to receive store credit instead, which can be used toward future purchases.
